The lady that works at the Grand Lakes Rd facilities was always very helpful and efficient. She provided excellent customer service for the couple years that I rented storage units. I’m very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend their services

🤬🤬🤬Money minded people. They won't keep their word.. I wanted a storage for my car.. I went to the office there was no human being in the premises but the gates were open. I had a reservation and they called me back guaranteeing the storage for the same day and they asked me to pay over the phone to reserve the room. Here I am, no money in my bank account and no storage. Nobody will answer the phone. Customer service is so ungrateful and showing attitude. They are good at putting you on hold. They can't refund u till they put the request.. Really they were ready to do anything to make me do the payment...wont be going there again

I used the online service to locate rental special rates and then worked with the on site staff to book a rental space. She was efficient and courteous, a pleasure to work with. No issues and the unit was ready as promised

It was easy to set up a storage unit from across the country. The unit was clean and warm, as well as easy to access. The staff at the Grand Lake Rd facility were very helpful.

They were very helpful in assisting me choose the size unit and very honest about dampness snd tips to prevent mildew in ingested unit which was my choice . They were polite and professional .
